A Few Simple Techniques to Help With Stress
Do you feel overwhelmed with stress? Your relationships, your boss, your indulgences, your health, anything and everything you deal with usually leads to one form of stress or another. Listen, I've personally had stress and anxiety for many years and I know how it is.
I must mention that I am not a medical expert and this material should only be used for education, information, and entertainment purposes only. These techniques worked for me, but I strongly suggest consulting a licensed medical professional before attempting anything that I am writing.
If you have stress, you have some sort of problem or something important going on in your life.
First, you should avoid situations that you think will make you have stressed. Does being stuck in traffic for over an hour give you road rage? Leave earlier, or later, from your location in order to avoid the traffic.
Obviously, most situations are unavoidable, so we have to learn to deal with them. This is the central theme of this article.
I believe that it's not the situation, problem, environment, job, etc. that leads to stress. IT'S HOW TO REACT TO THESE SCENARIO'S THAT LEADS TO STRESS.
You can learn how to react stress free (or at least with less stress) to many situations.
This is part one of a series of stress relief articles I will write. I have not decided how many or how often I will write these, but I promise that if I get feedback from people and I see that people want me to write more, I will do so.
